Visit Accudemia at https://oglethorpe.accudemia.net/login to view writing tutor availability and schedule an appointment. For the Fall 2020 semester, all sessions will occur via Zoom.

Who do I contact if I need to cancel my appointment?
Log in to Accudemia and navigate to the appointment that you would like to cancel and click the “Cancel” button at the top. If you would instead like to reschedule the appointment, then click “Reschedule” and follow the provided directions.

If I do not have access to Zoom, how else can I attend a tutoring session?

How do I join a Zoom meeting?
Each instructor will have a personal meeting ID (PMI) for each Zoom meeting. You can find this PMI by logging in to Accudemia and viewing your upcoming appointments. You must schedule an appointment in order to view the PMI. When the time comes for you to join your session, please click on the Zoom link located within Accudemia to open your Zoom session.
